Sara combines decades of coaching experience with a practical, real-life approach to health and fitness. With a background in kinesiology and holistic health coaching, she’s passionate about helping women build sustainable habits, improve strength, and better understand the metabolic side of fitness—especially during midlife.
Her coaching style is supportive, encouraging, and focused on long-term progress over quick fixes. Sara believes training should fit into real life, not take it over, and she works closely with members to help them feel stronger, more confident, and more consistent.
