Sara Miller

Sara is a certified Holistic Health Coach. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in May of 2022.  Her specialties include mindset, lifestyle, whole food nutrition, and weight loss.  Sara’s approach is to educate her clients on how to still eat the foods they love without feeling deprived or counting calories.  She uses a whole lifestyle approach to create a plan, and action steps and then is there to hold you accountable.
