We use a variety of formats to keep your body challenged, while still focusing on core muscle groups to transform your body.

Every workout has a purpose and we set the expectations at the beginning and help modify where needed.

Strength & Conditioning

Build strength, increase endurance, and improve your overall fitness. You’ll lift, move, and sweat your way through a workout that leaves you stronger each time.

HIIT & Circuit Training

Short on time? These high-energy sessions combine bursts of intensity with quick recovery to maximize calorie burn and keep your body guessing.

Mobility & Recovery

It’s not just about going harder — it’s about moving smarter. These classes focus on flexibility, mobility, and active recovery so you can train consistently and prevent injury.

When We Train

We’ve built our weekly schedule to fit real life—with options in the mornings, evenings, and weekends so you can train when it works for you.

Weekly Lineup

Monday & Friday  – Strength Training
Focused weight training days that alternate between upper and lower body in 12-week blocks to build strength and improve form.

Tuesday & Thursday – Conditioning
High-intensity workouts that challenge endurance and align with the current strength focus for a balanced program.

Wednesday & Saturday – Full Body
A mix of strength and cardio designed to hit every major muscle group and keep you moving from start to finish.

Every Other Sunday – Yoga
Stretch, recover, and reset with a guided yoga session to help you move better and feel your best.

Every class is coach-led and adjustable for your fitness level—so whether you’re training for performance or just getting started, there’s always a place for you at T3.
