T3 Technical Training will consist of the following:
Speed, Agility & Quickness
Specific training to improve running biomechanics such as movement patterns, reactivity, power drills, balance/stability, acceleration, and deceleration drills, and speed & conditioning drills.
Conditioning & Endurance Training
Soccer, basketball, football, tennis, dance, field hockey, swimming, lacrosse, gymnastics–the world of sports is wide open for kids. To help keep your kid in shape for any season, full-body exercises are the way to go. These conditioning moves help build endurance, balance, agility, and coordination while strengthening the whole body.
Functional Sport-Specific Training
Training the athlete’s body in a manner that is specific to their desired sport. These gains are achieved by making sure all functional movement patterns are where they need to be.
