Our Full Body workout is a high-energy, athletic, and fun workout focused on mobility, cardio fitness, stamina, and agility. You will work every muscle in your body in this circuit-style class.
TABATA
TABATA
Tabata is a form of interval training that falls under the umbrella of HIIT exercise or high-intensity interval training. It requires you to push your body extremely hard, for 20-seconds, recovery for 10-seconds, and repeat. This type of intensity contributes to the effectiveness of the workout.
