Our Summer Step Challenge is designed to get you moving—mindfully. Whether you’re at a desk all day or on your feet nonstop, this challenge focuses on purposeful movement, helping you build habits that align with your fitness and weight goals. It’s not just about how many steps you take—it’s about how you take them.

Tailored Goals for Every Lifestyle

Not all jobs (or bodies) are the same, so your goals shouldn’t be either. Whether you’re a teacher, server, remote worker, or nurse, we’ll help you determine a realistic and impactful step goal that fits your day-to-day routine. It’s about quality movement, not just quantity.

Step Starters

Lifestyle: Mostly sedentary, limited movement during work hours
Daily Step Goal Range:
👉 7,000–10,000 steps/day

Goal: Build movement into your routine through intentional walks before/after work or during breaks. Focus on walking with pace and purpose.

Stride Builders

Lifestyle: Split between sitting and moving, like teachers, retail workers, or part-time active jobs
Daily Step Goal Range:
👉 10,000–15,000 steps/day

Goal: Increase your walking pace and add short purposeful walks to hit your stretch target. Focus on consistency and recovery habits.

Pace Pros

Lifestyle: Servers, nurses, tradespeople, childcare providers
Daily Step Goal Range:
👉 15,000–20,000 steps/day

Goal: Improve walking pace, posture, and recovery. Consider adding structured walks outside of your work movement to support overall fitness goals.

How It Works

  • Set a personalized monthly step goal with our guidance
  • Track your steps using your preferred app or fitness tracker
  • Submit your total steps at the end of each month using a simple spreadsheet
  • Attend a minimun of 50 classes during the challege
  • This is an honor-based challenge—accountability starts with you
